The Importance of Community in a Company

We just want as many companies as possible to embrace this stuff and We just we know the insane value that you can get out of communities in an organization when they're done properly. So I think that's really uh, it's reinvigorated me from that perspective erica of you know a whole new opportunity For us to go help some companies figure this stuff out and and ultimately who wins their their members  and customers Um, and that's what we really want at the end of the day And I think if we all do that Uh, we make them successful then we're all going to be successful.
