Is God Chosen Not to Control People's Will?

Bryan: Some things god does manipulate. He predestined me to sin. That's obviously devastating to those who are indictions and adiction like that, because they ultimately put it back on God for their addiction. We're not trying to say that god couldn't control people's will if he wanted to. But what we're saying is, god is chosen not to control the will. It migt in wit today, who who is meticulously divinely controlled?
