Rinson: I think too often coaches go to the desired paradime quickly. Many strategies, many paradimes, form and get locked in place for reason. And until we satisfy, help the clients satisfy, they're going to try on this new pattern but then revert back to the old rather quickly. That's sometimes interesting, but also painful, to a recognize old patterns. Rinson: Coaches are always future focused. And i learn how to ask good questions, what would be an alternative belief, and how do we put that belief in place?
