What's Next for China's Second Session?

Last year the two sessions was overshadowed by three major stories. The Ukraine war is still ongoing and the economy hardship now became the most important task in front of Xi Jinping to manage. More importantly Beijing also put forth a major reform plan for the party and state organs which is kept as top secret until now. So this Liang Hui will be seeing the debut session of many of the Chinese politicians where they have already got their party capacity.
