Does the Justice Department Care?
The Justice Department doesn't need to get up to speed. We have seen with hundreds of prosecutions of people who were storming the Capitol. They've already started in that sense, and they are clearly looking at Donald Trump and a lot of his could be co-inspirators. So it doesn't matter, again, as I've said on your program before, the Justice Department will proceed regardless of what Congress does.
