Saan's mortgage was accelerated because of o making 26 payments asalso, like the kind of loan where you can make two payments a month. Saan: "I just felt like, just in case something happened, i would have a little bit more wriggle room there" He says he used a spread sheet to work out how much extra money he could get from his side hustle and still pay it off within 2 years. The model is not based on budgeting or any sort of long-term plan for repayment.
