The audit industry has been able to create this structure where the Big 4 brand has all this value. They will charge companies a premium to use their audit services versus, you know, like non-Big 4 brands because of the implied greater trustworthiness and assurance that that audit provides. And it's just, it's incredible that they get away with this. Investors, investors themselves, I mean, just have amnesia all the time. But yeah, it is to me repulsive how the industry,. the audit industry hasbeen able to createThis structure where the big firms can slough off liability on these small member firms at the end of the day.
