The term "lived experience" originates in German as her leibniz. It first gets translated into French as ex-pergions vécou, and then it gets translated into English as lived experience. There is a long tradition of sensationalism in France that reduces all experience to the mechanical affectation of the body by external stimuli. That's very far from how phenomenologists are thinking about earlyness in the early 20th century in Germany.
