Breathwork
Quill: I think i've played around with some breath work. It doesn't necessarily have to be like, well, it's getting close to bedtime. Let's do some five minutes of breath work in order to kind of get things a little more controlled and get myself into that positive mind set so that i can go and kind of deliver the way i'm intending. We we hold on to our anxiety and our worry very tightly, and that becomes, it can become part of our identity. And if we can do a little breathing, like you said, to just kind of separate from that a little bit, it's a beautiful thing.
