The US' Favorite General in Niger's Coup

Brigadier General Musasa Salu Barmo long-quarded by Washington has emerged as the main diplomatic channel between the US and the Hunted. He's a guy in charge of elite forces crucial to stemming the flood of Al Qaeda and Islamic State fighters across Western Africa.
