Is the Relationship Between Tenant and Landlord Fundamentally Moral?

I think that the relationship between tenant and landlord is a fundamentally a moral one. You've got a poorer person who is spending a large proportion of their income to buy a richer person an asset. I don't feel bad for landlords because of this, but what that did do is meant that less by to let landlords bought properties. Rents went up. It was more difficult to find a house. So I don't think landlords selling up is on its own the solution to the housing crisis.
