Is There Too Many Meetings?
Ericsson: I think we have too many meetings just to be clear. Most people should have maybe a meeting a day. We broke the company in what we call sub companies and each one of those is what we call the CEO of that team and that guy is a chairman. The chairman is always for my management team okay and this is what's very important. If you are in a meeting and it's not an update meeting let's say me about something that happening okay and there is like no action items coming from that meeting written it was a waste of time so this is another rule that we have and I think it's working pretty well.
