Food Sensitivity
I find that what's interesting about this whole food sensitivity conversation, I think it is really important to identify the foods that you're sensitive to. And for a time, depending on the sensitivity or reaction, it is helpful for most of us to remove those foods for a period of time. But generally these food sensitivities are an IgG antibody. So once we heal the gut, we heal the lining, we pull that food out. We can generally actually add it back in. You say 90 days because of the half life of the antibody and to clear them out. And then you add it back into one at a time.
