How to Secure an Interview Without Affirmative Action

I think a lot of people have this sense that there's just no hope for me. Like, I'm a white guy. I don't get to work at Google. But they hire like thousands, maybe tens of thousands of white guys a year into those roles. They're not hiring scores and scores of like Native Americans or whatever. So there are a lot of white guys at these companies. If you're a white guy and you think you have the sort of intellectual jobs to take that on, I absolutely suggest going for it.
