How to Improve Your Biometrics
I try not to get too crazy about the biometrics but right now I've been pretty consistent about a sleep in HRV. Just going to bed at the regular time if I can get to bed before 10 o'clock my HRV my my deep sleep is good and you know it translates to a change my HRV. It's also like my exercise routine and there's all these other variables that play into how your body works. But just specifically looking at my sleep what I'm doing around my sleep and how that it plays with my HRV we'll probably circle back to that later this year.
