Trump Will Not Use the Justice Department to Hurt His Political Opponents
I think everything for him is about personnel and he thinks he'll get the right people in the jobs to carry out what he wants. It will not be about how to use systems. By year three, he still really didn't understand how his government worked. He had no use for most of his cabinet, but it will be about grievance and it will beabout getting back at people who want him. And I certainly think that you can expect to see more of that.
