Is Intermittent Fasting for You?

Being normal weight gives you a much better chance of being metabolically healthy, but it in no way guarantees that you're metabolically healthy. The biggest pitfall i see around intermittent fasting is if you basically make up for the time that you're not eating by over eating processed food. If you are intermittent fasting only because you're, you know, restricting yourself, but you're hungry all the time, and you're just forcing yourself not to eat may not be the best approach.
