The Social Commitment of a Startup Company

L3Cs are new legal forms of companies that have a social component to them. Tom's shoes is a great example where they put out one pair of shoes for every pair of shoe, pair of shoes that's purchased. They send another pair of shoes to Africa to give shoes to people who need shoes. And now so many other companies are following that one for one model and Tom's Shoes is expanding it into eyeglasses and I think they're putting out a wine like all sorts of things.
