"The real value of this is not in predicting those moments and being ready for every possible scnario, but recognizing when you get asked one of those questions and you don't have a good answer," he says. "It's really about what are you going to do with the quality, not the quantity, of the things that you put into it? And the whole idea of incubating that's interesting to me."
