Are You Listenin?

If you could go back in time, how would you prevent that period of time when you didn't know what people wanted? Would you have asked different questions to your customers. There's two things i think it rally mportt like. One is not to hold on to ideas too tightly. And on the other side, i think you have to be always listening. So we literally had a client tell us what to do and we ignored them because we weren't willing to listen.
