The Importance of Intrinsic Moderation
Intrinsic moderation is a feeling that you enjoy what you're doing. And when we talk about new year's resolutions, and many of the gors that we sat, they are not really 100% intrinsically modivating. Some feel more like their own and it us fun to do, or exciting, or you feel like your achieving something as you do it. But some will only be beneficial in the long run. When people enjoy ther resolutions, when they feel intrinsically multivated to do it, they are sticking with them longer.
