The Effects of NAC on ADHD
When I take NAC, it changes how my brain works. It's not in a particularly bad way. Like, I don't have any negative depressive thoughts or anxious anything like that. High histamine is a huge causal factor of ADHD because it's hyperactivity. Yet they give people medications,. Adderall, Ritalin, Vivance, that bind histamine receptors. So they raise histamine. But again, you're just hoping and praying that jacking up these focus stress neurotransmitters are able to dial them in enough. Nothing gets me madder than hearing about like seven year old children being put on Adderall and stuff.
