The CDM Management's Explanation of Attrition in PSU Banks
When you ask the senior bankers in the private sector about why this is happening one of the reasons they come out is that this particular generation X of this millennium generation seem to have a very low tolerance for this kind of work. In SBI for FY23 it was less than 5 percent so the question is how is it that the attrition levels in PSU banks are in single digits? I do not hold that new the issue being here that if this generation X there something fundamentally wrong with them that they are constantly job or hopping.
