How to Get Paid for Your Value

In a perfect world, if I didn't have to pay, of course I want it. But just from a sheer numbers perspective, it is overhead to the business. It's something that I got to have on there. We need back in operations people. We need accountants. We need finance people and customer service agents. We need these type of people. But they're not actively driving revenue to a company. So this is why I tell all people that you need to find a job, a career or a sector and whatever business you're trying to do, that you can get paid for your value.
