The Benefits of Short Actarine Steroids

On high doses, it's okay to taper rapidly. With hydrocortizone, the adrenals have time to kick in and aren't suppressed as consistently with some long acting steroids like methyl pred or dexamethasone. This seems to work more seamlessly. And physiologically, it makes more sense because prednisone is a longer acting steroid that has more chances of suppressing HPA access.
