There's even a logic at times behind hazing right you can just turn it I got a punch in the face first 20 times where the we don't imitate but the logic of it is that I've got to kill you. So that you can become one of us, your individual ego. And for turn it's our primary identity is we want to create cultivate brotherhood amongst men. We're screwed and this despair this won't work there's no rights of passage anymore. Is incorporation that you have to be brought into a company a body a brotherhood of men. It's kind of like having a boot camp without a military, right- so I got out of boot camp. Okay
