The Importance of Professionalism
I don't feel like an imposter in that setting but it's all said to me and you know you want to get involved in this talent program I'm probably looking going to do that. Coach should be established as a profession we need to be very clear about well who is the professional professional what does the ethical decision making look like, he says. The professional bit requires a really high level of investments in learning for coaches.
