What's a No-Brainer?
If we rewind the clock a year ago, I would have wanted to hear about Exxon and Chevron. The idea that you're going to get a faster growing farm and medical device company, also getting premier consumer product group is so attractive to me. Now, we have a GE breakup that's not attractive to you. It's hard to ever imagine that whatever the sum of the parts may be as a trade separately will ever come back to that number. Sometimes it just makes sense to sell.
