Is Fluency the Number One Thing in Elementary School Education?

I truly believe that fluency doesn't does not mean that you can seek everything and you know how to say everything in a language fluency just means flow it's what a river does it flows it's fluid right so fluency is something that we can accomplish from the first day of a language lesson if you're just going to learn how to say a simple a simple phrase whether that's kind of a buch vaydzia or a no ha seo.
