Platform Engineering - Is There a Line to Cross?
I think there is a very difficult line to walk. I've worked both on building a platform for people to build on top of, but i have also acted as an application developer. And it's so often the case that platforms say, yes, don't use ta c r d. But if i want to be on the happy path for many of these other applications that are running in in cooper netties, and i want to have automated up dates, that's almost the only way that i can really do that. So finding a line between creating golden paths, are happy paths for developers so that they're doing the right things, but then also allowing for some flexibility has been my challenge
