The first part of streme is about the history of meditation. Then we go down to zen, and then we end up with mindfulness. There's vogerana buddhism, which is very different from mindfulness. And then we'll kind of talk about cundolini yoga - chakras and all that kind of crap. If you're in to spiritual energy, i want a magical spell that i can accumulate because that's your cup of tea... But remember, this is to teach people and explain to them my perspective on meditation.
