i think that's really what's at the heart of c r t, is a recognition that, both structurally and individually, people of color tend to have different experiences than many white people. And those things shape how some one views a shapes how somebody understands legal doctrine. I wonder if we can end on a happy note. i hope people who listened caught judge jackson's laugh ecause i'm going to venture that she may have one of the greatest laughs on the federal bench to day. There were some really wonderful moments where, you know, in addition to politely thanking every single person who asked her a question, no matter how vicious, it was, when she just let herself laugh
