So what i would do if i were us, i would sit down and say, ok, i want to develop a plan to pay off these rentals. That's a job won right now, while putting 15 % of your income away into retirement now. If you can scrape up another 30 or forty in the next little while, ar u, some of your business a emergency fund. But your business does an emergency fund. It doesnt need retained earnings, so i really wouldn't drain it all the way down.
