Noun phrase is pretty standard for a VSL language. Quantifiers come before the noun phrase, and pretty much everything else follows. Anything that marks number, like numbers or quantifiers, ejects overt plural marking on bounds. In terms of, there's all sorts of case funkiness going on, which is pretty fun.
