Shopify went from about $12 a share up to $55 a share very quickly prior to COVID. That was almost completely interest rate driven along with the company fundamentals. Once we had COVID crash, we had this really long period of falling interest rates. And so for growth companies where the majority of their earnings were far into the future, like I mentioned, or some companies that are cash flow negative and just financing staying alive in this environment.
