What Do You Think About Version Control in Software Editing?
There's obviously a lot of similarities but also a lot of differences between the things that we as a as a community as a field have learned in the worlds of classic software development and dev ops. What do you think are tips that haven't yet maybe percolated into the world of machine learning but should? I'm more hesitant about using version control for data because Git does not work well for data unless you add tools like TVC or other tools which is what we do at the exam. The whole idea of continuous integration continuous deployment some companies do actually use it for development teams especially the ones that are more like engineering oriented than research-oriented. You want metadata small enough to fit into Git
