TJ Maxx and Ross Storrs are having a little more trouble handling their inventory than Target. Walmart and Home Depot have had big inventory growth over the year over year period. Ironically, I think Target is trading at a reasonable valuation. The valuation is low but you can see that there's storm clouds that you can see through.

Shipping container prices are down 74% from early this year! But many retailers have too much stuff, and shoppers are less eager to check out the clearance racks.
