For me, once i found out that whole concept of low heart rate training, that, for me, changed everything. I can run much lower in tensity, and slowly but surely become faster at the same heart rate. And that change quite a bit of my training approach. But it was mostly, i had a big plan this season, like cokad now, this time of the year i need to purealize. On summer, like to really polarize. So it's like doing realy, like big bok block of volume. And then apolarizing, a polarizing the training.
