I Don't Want to Date Guys Who Aren't in Therapy

I don't want to date anyone who's not in therapy or some form of it like even you can do like free text therapy like I don't give fuck just like you have to be actively working on yourself yeah. that's what I so when I first went on meds like oh three and a half years ago I saw a psychiatrist  and I know people who like just see a psychiatrist and would just go on meds but I feel like it's really important to also like talk about like what's going on with you obviously some people don't need the meds so I don't think the psychiatrist is like everyone needs thatbut I think anyone and everyone can benefit from talk therapy
