The Importance of Prayer in Priesthood
The bishop is the model for his flock to go before it in the way of sanctification by identifying himself in the Eucharist with Christ, the priest and victim. The prayer that I think every one of us longs to hear at the hour of our death is the words from God himself saying, well done, my good and faithful servant.
