Dave: I think we've talked about profit and cost centers on the show before, but it's been a while. Have you heard of those? Do you want to define them for me so I can just piggyback off of your knowledge? "I didn't understand what they were," he says. "If you put them next to each other, they make different words that mean something" 'It's a lot easier for companies to spend money on profit centers because they can more easily say like if we give the salespeople a higher limit on their credit card, they bring in more money in sales,' Dave adds.
