For women, you get 100 pounds for five feet, and then five pounds reach additional one inch. For a male, same exact thing, except you get an extra 10 pounds just because men are fatasses or whatever. This is a very, very rough estimate. You have to take it with a massive grain of salt as the super active morphic people are going to weigh less at their ideal body composition.
