Is Your Client Choosing You to Coach?
Coaching at its most alive when it's unfolding like right in that moment. Unraveling inside of projection and what is you know skillful seeing is a really intricate dance. How often can we invite our clients into that question? You don't want to be constantly pushing your agenda on them so as you say it is a kind of a dance. One of the things I notice is if I have a client who's brilliant and I feel kind of stupid um I can bring that in now which is an unusual feeling for me in these coaching sessions.
