I think in LA, even clubs and stuff are basically what I'm going to suggest is that there's a, you understand there's rules that are going to be broken and fines that you're going to have to pay. And so things like exchanges collaborating to freeze bad assets and collaborate with the Department of Justice on that is probably going to make it more likely you get a fine rather than a death penalty. So who cares? It's always going to be an easy and attractive option to these business owners if the potential penalties that they're paying are simply fines.
