What Are the Potentials of AI and Machine Learning?

The sponsors are frustrated because they have wasted years of development time and money trying to build smarter systems without thinking about the work that needs to be performed. So where I see developing is to help people make better use of like AI systems. We're seeing tools that really have made a tremendous difference. And we're hoping that more tools like that can be developed.
