How to Use the Conflict or Meter to Convert Conflict

In US employees spend 2.1 hours per week involved in conflict, which amounts to approximately $359 billion in paid hours. If we're anywhere on the left hand side, then it's a time to not engage in the direct conflict. And once some tools, we've gotten some tools in our toolbox, we can then go back and rate ourselves. Are we still in the same place in terms of just generic approach to conflict?
