China and India - Is There a Co-Operation?

The chinese respect, they respect the hard edge that the russians have. India can certainly also send china back to the stoneage if need be. Once iis the ten trillion dollar mark, the relationship will become very different. It all depends on the leadership. You may be a small nation, but if you have robust leadershipit clarity vision then things become easy. Then even large powers will respect you. Yeh.
