The Importance of Pedagogy in Coaching
A coach needs to understand pedagogy and how learning occurs. At the moment there is this view of pretty much session to session, which should be something that's much more global. For most for most competition for most coaches we're talking about Sunday game as just another step maybe another learning step less so the central importance of winning the game. The way in which you help people learn the technical tactical depends on what that technical and tactical is I mean for example difference between tackling in football and rugbyThose technical differences produce an entirely different way of approaching how you would coach it because of safety because of physical demands and so on.
