The Lazy Running Backstay, Uh, Is Not Engaged?
I don't think we broke anything. One of the crew slipped in the galley and poured a bowl of noodles, which I guess was the worst thing that can happen. We did see some similar weather on the, on the Atlantic crossing that I did before that passage. And we didn't break anything then either except for one on the lazy running backstay that was not engaged. Luckily the runner wasn't long enough to reach the cockpit,. So we couldn't actually hit anyone, but we, um, uh, so what? But I managed to fish it out of the air with, um, with a boat hook and, um, tie it down again - good to go.
