How to Build a Synchronus Communication System

Every outgoing asynchronus, or one way communication you send is signing yourself up for a response at some point in the future. It'll open a loop in your head that'll sap energy for more important work. You've got to understand the amount of mental debt a social post creates. Create boundaries around that post to minimize the impact. Every week, or every other week, sit down and write out all the open ious you currently have. Being aware of this stuff is incredibly powerful.
